• Base Package 30-60 Second Videos, inclusive of Script Adjustment (Hook and Call to Action), Production, and Editing:

  • More than 20 videos:                   $100+GST per video

  • Less than 20 videos:            $150+GST per video.

• Add-Ons: Custom music licensing, captions, multiple aspect ratios.

• Photography Add-On: $350 + GST - A minimum of 2x Edited images per Video Booked.

• Terms

  • Script Finalisation: Scripts must be finalised and sent at least 1 week prior to the shoot date.

  • Clear Schedules: Client (speakers) schedules must be completely clear of appointments on the shoot day.

  • Video Quantity Pricing: The cost per video is determined based on the quantity and duration of the videos. Please note that the discounted rate applies only to orders of 20 videos or more. Orders below this minimum will incur the standard higher rate as specified above.

  • Location Limitation: Maximum of 3 locations, to be confirmed and sent at least 1 week prior to the shoot date.

  • Shoot Duration: Services are expected to be completed within 8 hours, during which we typically produce in order to edit up to 20 videos. If client-related delays extend the shoot and additional time is required to capture the remaining content, an extra charge of $1,000+GST will apply, and an additional day will be scheduled to complete the work.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Completion and delivery of the videos are expected within 3-4 weeks after the shoot date.

  • Minimum Delivery: We require a 15 video minimum for this service.
